Here is the Halloween card I created for Stamp Club last night. We used the Dark & Dreary set from the Holiday Mini Catalog along with the Spider Web embossing folder. To make the embossed spider web stand out, we brayered over the raised image with Basic Black ink...I love this look! The Happy Halloween image was stamped a second time on Old Olive card stock and then we punched out the "31" with the 1/2" Circle Punch and popped it up with a dimensional. The finished size of this card is 4 1/4" x 4 1/4".

Isn't this a beautiful gingerbread house! It was on display at Convention last July. I love how they used all Stampin' Up! papers, inks, and embellishments to turn this plain white Decor Accents Design-a-House into something so beautiful! You can find it on page 37 in the Holiday Mini Catalog. The Design-a-House can be decorated for any holiday or theme.
I think this would be a great project to make with the kids. Think of the fun memories they'd have each Christmas when the decorations are put out each year.
I wish we had one of these when my kids were little. Sadly all of our gingerbread houses got dismantled and eaten or thrown out when the candy went bad. Oh well, I'll have to save this idea for my future grandchildren :)

I was playing around with some of my new Christmas sets from the Holiday Mini Catalog, Bells & Boughs and Bright Christmas. This was the first card I came up with and I love it! The Deck the Halls Designer Series Papers give this such a rich, elegant look.
My inspiration for this card actually came from the back cover of the Holiday Mini Catalog. There's a small picture using the Decorative Label Punch that got me started. Whenever I'm needing inspiration, I turn to the samples in our catalog and mini's...they usually get my creative juices flowing :)

I love this 2-Step Owl Punch! I made this little Halloween Nugget Box using the Matchbox Die with the Big Shot and then used the branch from the 2-Step Bird Punch to perch the owl on. I have seen this done by so many others, I don't even know who originally came up with this idea, but it's very cute!
I stamped the owl from Fox & Friends onto some address labels and wrapped them around the Hershey Nuggets to put inside. I'm planning to sell these at my neighborhood's Holiday Mart next month.

Here's a fun Christmas card I created using the Bright Christmas set from the Holiday Mini Catalog and my Snowflake #12 Sizzlet Die. I really like these cool colors for the snowflake theme and the rhinestone brad gives it a little sparkle!

Some Halloween Treat Boxes I made for a Holiday Mart I'm doing in October using the Batty for You stamp set and the Wicked Fun Specialty Papers. It's really just a wrap I created to slide over the snack size boxes of Mike and Ike candy. A pretty quick and easy way to jazz up an ordinary candy box :) Here's the video to show you how I made them. Sorry about the poor lighting...it's a very rainy, gloomy day in Kansas City :(

I love the Deck the Halls Designer Fabric in the Holiday Mini Catalog. It's so pretty! This coaster is one of the five projects highlighted in the instruction booklet included with the fabric. The Scallop Square Die and Pennant Die were used with the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine to create this project. For more information on using the Designer Fabric with the Big Shot Click Here.
I like giving handmade gifts to family and friends, so I'm planning to make a stack of four of these cute coasters and tie them together with a pretty ribbon for Christmas gifts this year.

Today's card is one I cased from a sample in the Idea Book & Catalog (pg. 54). Party Hearty is the stamp set used...I can already tell this is going to be a set I will use a lot! It's very versatile, great for both young and old. The banner was made by turning the party hats upside down...great idea!
I have a really tough time coming up with cards that are a little more masculine, or least not too feminine :) I like this because it's bright and fun and the colors are great for a guy! I hope my husband likes it!
