Party this Way Birthday Card

We haven't had sunshine in several days so I decided to brighten things up a little.  Party This Way is an excellent stamp set for birthdays.  I just got it last week and couldn't wait to put it to use.  Already, it's a favorite!  The images are crisp and fun, especially when stamped with the Brights inks.  The monkey is from Fox & Friends...very cute!  This card is for my niece, who loves monkeys :)

I started with Ice Cream Parlor DSP (Sale-A-Bration) and chose coordinating colors for the balloons, wording and layers.   I popped one of the balloons up with a dimensional and added some strings with my markers.  The card is mounted right onto a Melon Mambo scallop square, die cut with the Bigz Clear Scallop Square and the Big Shot.  I also finished the inside with a greeting from the Full of Life set and some more balloons.  Here's what it looks like (click on the image to view closer)...

Fox & Friends Baby Card

 

I needed to make a quick baby card and still had all the leftover paper from my bunny basket sitting on my desk, so here's what I came up with.  I think it turned out pretty cute for being in a hurry :)

The giraffe is from the Fox & Friends set.  I stamped it with Pretty in Pink ink, cut out the image and attached it to the punched oval with a dimensional.  Then added a subtles button with a glue dot, and tied the oval tag to the Blushing Bride Ribbon with a little crochet thread.   The Square Lattice embossing folder added some texture and the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch made a pretty trim for the lower edge.

Mini Baskets & Blooms Bunny Basket

Check out my bunny...I think he turned out so cute!  I have seen many different versions of punched bunnies and took ideas from all of them to create my own.   I'm really pleased with the way he turned out :)  This little basket was made with the Baskets & Blooms die modified to this mini size.

Tasteful Trim "For You" Card

This is one of two free projects my Stamp Club members got to make last night.  We used Springtime Vintage Designer papers, the Tasteful Trim Die, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, 1/2" Baja Breeze Seam Binding and the Punch Bunch stamp set to make this beautiful card.  This is a card I shared a couple months ago using the In Color DSP paper stack.  I liked it so much I had to share it with my Club girls.  For written instructions, click on this link Download & Print Instructions.

Top Note Easter Gift Bag

Starting to think Easter!  This is a small gift bag I made using the Top Note Die and a small craft bag.  I love pastels, which makes creating for Springtime even more fun :)  I used the Pink Pirouette dotted pattern from the Subtles paper stack and a bunch of punches to make the bunny. Then sponged some Pink Pirouette ink around the edges of the white circles to soften.  Too cute!

Sweet Summer Anniversary Card

Happy Friday!  Today's card is an Anniversary card made with the Sweet Summer and Always Elegant stamp sets.  I love these colors together...Baja Breeze, River Rock and Very Vanilla.  I was inspired by a similar card by Sarah Willis, another demonstrator.  The pearls and the Baja Breeze seam binding make this really pretty.

Create a Cupcake Birthday Card
