New Catalog Sneak Peek

I'm so excited!  My new catalog pre-order items arrived yesterday and I LOVE the new In Colors!!!  Today's card features two of them...Pistachio Pudding and Crisp Cantaloupe.  You really have to see them in person to fully appreciate them, they're soft, fresh and fun!  You'll also notice the new Label Love stamp set and coordinating Artisan Label Punch.  In my humble opinion, this is the coolest label punch we've ever had...love it!!  Even the butterflies are punched from the new Gingham Garden Designer Series Paper.  

These items will all be available to order beginning May 31st!

Butterfly Note Card

The flower on this Tiny Tags sentiment coordinates nicely with the Raspberry Ripple patterned paper in the Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack.  My sweet 3x3 note card is so easy to make...it's simply layered Very Vanilla card stock.  The Elegant Butterfly was punched in the smallest layer and popped up over the designer paper with Dimensionals.

The Tiny Tags Stamp Set is one of my favorites!  It coordinates with the Jewelry Tag Punch...sadly, they're both retiring.  The stamp set is available through June 3rd, but the punch is only available while supplies last.

Another Elegant Butterfly Card

This card is similar to the "Quick & Easy" card for this week's class.  Instead of embossing the edges with the Needlepoint Border, I decided to accentuate the pretty shades of pink...I like the fade from dark to light.  See the other card here.

Pretty in Pink and Regal Rose are two colors discontinued in the Color Refresh.

Blossom Birthday Card

I really like how clean, simple and gender-neutral this card is ; )  As you've probably noticed, I'm getting lots of mileage out of this blossom image from the Betsy's Blossom stamp set...I love it!  For today's card, I punched the stamped image using graduated circle punches.

Elegant Butterflies

This is another one of the "quick and easy" cards for next week's class.  The Elegant Butterfly Punch was used to with three shades of pink card stock...Pink Pirouette, Pretty in Pink and Regal Rose.  The last two (Pretty in Pink and Regal Rose) are going away, and only available while supplies last, so get them before they're gone!!  I used the Needlepoint Border Embossing Folder to create the pretty cross-stitch detail along both eges of the Whisper White layer.

Summer Silhouettes "Quick & Easy" Card

This is one of three cards we'll be making at this month's Quick & Easy Cards Class.  It really doesn't get much easier than this!!  I used the Note Cards & Envelopes, so there's nothing to cut!  The leaves are from the Summer Silhouettes Stamp Set and the flowers were done with one of the punches in the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack.  Then I added the Pearls and...voilà...it's done!

My Quick & Easy Cards Class is next Thursday...two class times to choose from (1:00 and 7:00).  Full details here.
