Birthday Basics DSP

Birthday Basics Candles Card
I saw this idea for making birthday candles out of patterned papers and figured it would be a good warm-up card to help me back into the stampin' groove : )  I gave it a try with the new Birthday Basics Designer Series Papers.  The wicks were added using snips of Whisper White Baker's Twine.  It's a fun birthday card.
