Flower Patch Blooms

Happy Friday!  My project for today is definitely "Quick & Easy".  I used the Note Cards and Envelopes (so they were ready to stamp...no cutting or scoring).  Then just stamped this pretty blooming flower image from the Flower Patch Photopolymer Stamp Set three times in Crushed Curry ink and added the sentiment from A Dozen Thoughts Stamp Set...DONE!!  So simple, but very pretty : )

Nuts About You

This is the anniversary card I made for my husband using the new Nuts About You hostess set.  We're celebrating 31 years together, and I honestly couldn't ask for a happier life or a better guy to share it with : )  

Okay...back to the card ; )  I love the sample in the catalog (pg. 239) and wanted to try the fussy-cut edge on the right side of the tree.  It's hard to see in this picture, but the little bird and grass on the right edge is actually on the inside of the card...very cute!  I used the "Happy Together" sentiment from the And Many More stamp set on the inside of the card.  

The finished size of this card is approximately 2 3/4" x 3 3/4", so I made my own customized envelope with the Envelope Punch Board and Pumpkin Pie DSP.  It's great to be able to make envelopes that are perfectly sized to fit my cards with this awesome tool!!

Work of Art Birthday Card

I love taking an idea and switching it up to make it my own...which is what I've done with today's card.  I used Strawberry Slush and Pumpkin Pie inks to stamp this fun Birthday card with the Work of Art and Chalk Talk stamp sets.  The die-cut label is from the coordinating Chalk Talk Framelits.  This is my switched-up version of a swap I received from a fellow demonstrator, Leslie Benson, at my group meeting this month.

Happy Blooming Birthday Card

I LOVE the new Flower Patch Bundle!  With 19 different stamps and 11 coordinating dies, the possibilities for the Photopolymer Flower Patch stamp set and Flower Fair Framelits are endless!!!  

This is the pretty birthday card we made in Stamp Club this week.  We stamped all 8 of the flower & leaf images onto one piece of Whisper White card stock and then die-cut them all with just two passes through the Big Shot...so quick and easy!

Tip:  Use the Stampin' Pierce Mat  for even pressure and ink coverage when stamping, especially for stamps with large smooth images and Photopolymer stamps.  Also protects your work surface when you paper pierce.
