Today's Valentine card is a "warm-up" card using the Hello Life Stamp Set. Unfortunately, I have not been in my stampin' room much lately and needed to start out with something easy to help get me back in the groove. This is very basic, but I think it will be a great Valentine for one of the many men in my life. I created a coordinating liner using the Envelope Liners Framelits and the Neutrals DSP.

Big on You is a set of four photopolymer greetings. They're big enough to fill up most of the card front, leaving little left to decorate. This makes for a very quick card : )
For today's card, I embossed the sentiment in white on Crumb Cake card stock and added the new Painted Blooms Cotton Twine, which comes in a set of three colors...Soft Sky, Wild Wasabi & Whisper White...very pretty and they also coordinate with the Painted Blooms Designer Series Paper (pg. 19 of the Occasions Catalog).

For my project today, I used some great new items from the Occasions Catalog along with a couple of free Sale-A-Bration gifts. This sweet treat bag was created with the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies. I used the Best Year Ever Designer Series Paper (a free Sale-A-Bration gift) to create the tag, and mimicked the pattern in the paper using a sponge dauber and white craft ink on the bag. To create the open heart for my tag, I used our Sweetheart Punch on Real Red card stock, then positioned the heart thinlit included in the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies over the negative of my punched heart and die-cut. Today's card was created with several beautiful new products from the Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration Brochure! The stamping was done with the Painted Petals Stamp Set using the Aquamarine Chalk Ink...so pretty! Both of these can be found in the Occasions Catalog. The Chalk Ink is permanent and great for creating a realistic chalk effect when stamped on our new Chalkboard Paper, but it can be used on other card stock as well. Painted Petals is a set of 13 stamps, including three sentiments, and it is offered in wood mount, clear mount and photopolymer!
