Number of Years

It's been a little while since I've been able to spend time in my Stampin' Room (explanation at end of post), but I did want to make a special card for my sister who celebrated her 50th Birthday last month. The new Number of Years Stamp Set and coordinating Large Numbers Framelits Dies were perfect for this occasion!! With no time for creating, I looked to Pinterest and my fellow demonstrators for something awesome to CASE (Copy and Share Everything!) I saw this card design created by B.J. Peters, loved the layout and colors, so I made just a couple simple changes and voilà! A fun 50th Birthday Card!!

The coordinating stamp set and framelits can be found in the Occasions Catalog on page 11. Even better, you can purchase them in a discounted bundle or separately!

To my subscribers...So sorry my regular posts have gradually diminished over the past few months. Between fighting a very persistent case of bronchitis (which still isn't gone!), the holidays, renovating our lake house, and now caring for my grandson 4-5 days a week thru April, there simply hasn't been time for stamping. With the exception of the bronchitis, I love doing all of those things almost as much as I love stamping. Wish there were 5 of me : ) Please know that I still check my emails and blog comments regularly and do my best to respond within 24 hours. I will also continue to share new Stampin' Up! information as it is made available and new project ideas when I am able.

Serene Silhouettes Thank You

So little time for stamping lately, but thought I'd share this quick and easy thank you note card stamped with the Serene Silhouettes Stamp Set. My lighting wasn't great yesterday, this is so much nicer in real life. I inked the stamp with Sahara Sand ink and then added some color to the flowers with the brush tip of my Cajun Craze Marker before stamping. Super quick & easy!!

Every Blessing

I think this Winter Wonderland Designer Vellum is so pretty! And I love that it comes in a 6" x 6" stack of 36 sheets, 3 each of 6 gold and 3 each of 6 black designs. It only takes a little to add a touch of beautiful detail to a card front, so it goes a long way!

Christmas Stamp-A-Stack

My Christmas Stamp-A-Stack is a great opportunity to get started on your supply of handmade cards for the holidays!   

You will stamp a dozen cards (3 each of 4 designs) with envelopes for $25!  All supplies are provided, pre-cut and scored, so everything is ready to stamp and assemble. You'll leave with 12 beautiful handmade cards ready for sending.

Two sessions to choose from...

Dates:   Wednesday, October 28th   7:00 p.m.
             Thursday, October 29th       7:00 p.m.   

(Plan on 2-3 hours to complete all 12 cards.)

Sleigh Ride Edgelits

Today's card was created with the Jingle All the Way Stamp Set & Sleigh Ride Edgelits Bundle. These items are sold separately, but you can save 15% by purchasing the coordinating items in the bundle!

This is the third Christmas card design for next week's Make 'N Take.  To create my starry night sky, I used Wisteria Wonder card stock and sponged Night of Navy ink onto it before stamping the snow in VersaMark and embossing with White Stampin' Emboss Powder. I love the way it turned out!
