SHOE BOX SWAP
What is a Shoe Box Swap?
Design a card and pre-cut all the supplies for the other guests (maximum of 8) to make your card. Bring it to the event in a Shoe Box (or any box). The box will be passed from person to person so each guest can create your card design. If 8 people sign up, you will leave with 8 different handmade cards (your sample + 7 designed by the other guests)!
Need design ideas? Check out Pinterest and just type the name of the stamp set you're using in the search box. You'll find a lot of inspiration there! Or you can even copy a card design you like.

PLACE: My Home - 16333 Barton Street, Overland Park, KS
RSVP: Email me by no later than Thursday, February 11th!
Space will be limited to 8!
Once I receive your RSVP, you can expect an email from me on Friday, February 12th, with the total number of guests to prepare supplies for.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Your finished card sample as an example for guests to follow.
- All pre-cut supplies for each guest to make your card.
- All inks, embellishments, dies, punches needed to create your card.
- An envelope to go with your card, enough for all guests.
- Your favorite adhesive (SNAIL, Liquid Glue, etc.)
*Be sure to label each of your supplies (stamps, ink pads, tools, etc.)
with your name so you are sure to leave with your own supplies!
DETAILS:
Card bases (already cut & scored) must be made from Stampin’ Up! card stock. I will have my Big Shot available, but please bring any dies/embossing folders needed to create your card.
Cards can be simple one layer designs or layered, but should be your best work, meaning something that you would appreciate receiving in a swap or sending to your family & friends.
Cards must use a Stampin’ Up! stamp/stamp set for the sentiment. Preferably a current stamp, but retired Stampin’ Up! is okay too.
Your “shoe box” does not have to be an actual shoe box. Any small container that will hold all your card supplies is fine.
Pre-cut supplies do not have to be packaged separately for each guest, but do place each stack of pre-cut layers in a separate plastic bag to keep them organized and easy to find in your box.
Double check that you have ALL of your card supplies, tools, & accessories prior to coming!
Bottled Water, Coffee and a Snack will be provided.
