Another Thank You

Today's card was stamped with the Another Thank You photopolymer stamp set.  I love the completely clear stamps!  It's so easy to position your image and they cling really well to the clear blocks!!  I used the Magnificent Maple stamp for the leaves and Sweater Weather Designer Series Paper for my Autumn-themed thank you card. (See supply list below.)

Magnificent Maple

Today's "quick & easy" card was stamped using the Magnificent Maple stamp...one of the single stamps in the Holiday Catalog.  

To create the multi-colored leaves, I inked the lower half of the stamp with Summer Starfruit ink, and then inked the top half with another color.  I used Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Cajun Craze inks.  After getting the two ink colors on the stamp, I used a Stamping Sponge to lightly blend the two colors together before stamping the image onto the Naturals Ivory card stock squares.  I used the Aqua Painter to blend the ink and soften the leaves.

This is such a simple card to make and I love the beautiful Fall colors!  At $9.95, this single stamp is a great value!!

Thankful For You Favor

Today's Thanksgiving Favor Box was the free 3D project my Stamp Club members made this month.  The birch paper ribbon and die-cut printed leaves used on this project are from the Thankful Tablescape Simply Created Kit in the Holiday Catalog (page 18).  I used a brayer with Tangerine Tango and Chocolate Chip ink on the leaves, then sponged the edges and crumpled for a more realistic look.  I really like the way they turned out!

As part of our 25-year anniversary celebration, we're bringing back some of our favorite stamp images from the last quarter century and combining them into 12 sets, which will release-one set per month-during 2013. 

Even better, along with some great classic images, each "Best of" set will also include a never-before-seen image!

Some things to remember:

• All Best of stamp sets will include 3-5 images, including a never-before seen image, and will be priced at $14.95.
• While we are releasing just one Best of stamp set per month (with a new theme each month), all of the Best of sets will be available until March 31, 2014.
• A new flyer will be released every month for each new Best of set.
• All Best of stamp sets are available in Clear-Mount only.

Magnificent Maple

A "Quick & Easy" card for Fall stamped with the Magnificent Maple single stamp.  I love this leaf in beautiful Fall colors...Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze. After stamping the leaves, I used a Blender Pen to blend and soften the ink a little and add a little depth to the edges of the leaves.  Magnificent Maple is on page 18 of the Holiday Catalog.

October's Free Card

Thinking Fall : )  This is my free card for October.  The pumpkin is from the Button Buddies Stamp Set and the wording is from Petite Pairs.  The pumpkins were stamped onto the card front first with Old Olive ink and then I stamped them again on Whisper White scrap paper in Pumpkin Pie ink, punched them with the 3/4" Circle Punch and popped them on top with Dimensionals.  Super quick & easy!
