Circle of Spring Gift Bag

Today's project is another cute gift bag created with the new Gift Bag Punch Board. I am loving this new tool! I was super excited to share it with my Stamp Club girls this month, so we made this darling little bag using the 2015-2017 In Color Designer Series Papers.  The patterns are so cute and you get 4 each of 2 double-sided designs in each of the five colors!!  This is the Mint Macaron striped design. 

After assembling the bag, we embellished it with a delicate wreath from the new Circle of Spring stamp set...the images and sentiments are so pretty and they coordinate with the Wonderful Wreath Framelits. (Download Project Supply Sheet below)

Flower Patch Card in a Box

 

I had some die-cut flowers from last week's Flower Patch Blooming Birthday card leftover, so I created this Card-in-a-Box for Mother's Day.  To be honest, I was a little intimidated by the looks of this project, but it's really very simple!!  I'll have another card-in-a-box project with the step-by-step assembly instructions posted soon, but you can also search "card-in-a-box" on YouTube for some great video tutorials!

I love how it folds flat to fit inside an envelope. The folded card fit into a 5 1/2" Square envelope.  

I cut a layer of Whisper White card stock, stamped some flowers and wrote a message before adhering to the back panel.  Such a fun project!!

Monogram Note Cards Gift Box

 

Today's project is a pretty gift box of monogram note cards created with the Sophisticated Serifs and Your Perfect Day Stamp Sets.  Both of these sets can be found in the Occasions Catalog thru June 2nd. 

I love this alphabet set!  It's perfect for monograms because it includes both upper and lower case letters of the entire alphabet, plus a pretty frame and three delicate flower images.

I paired this with the pretty vine image from the Your Perfect Day stamp set for a feminine look.  I think these will make great Mother's Day gifts!!

Your Perfect Day (set of 10)

I used Pistachio Pudding and Crisp Cantaloupe, both are 2013-2015 In Colors that will be retiring in June.  I love these subtles and I'm very sad to see them go...I am stocking up on them now.  These colors will go fast, so get them before they're gone!

My Father's Day Money Holder was created with the Envelope Punch Board to hold a gift of cash or a check.  I used the Morning Post Alphabet, Simply Stars (both retiring) and the Just Sayin' Stamp Set to stamp today's card.

You're the Best! Father's Day Card

I'm so happy with this card I created for Father's Day!  I love the crisp, vibrant colors of the Kaleidoscope Designer Series Paper against the black card stock...very cool!  Kaleidoscope DSP is from the Occasions Catalog and only available through June 1st!  The "you're the best" sentiment on the front of the card is from the Just Sayin' set (also in the Occasions Catalog)...and I'm happy to say it has carried over to the new catalog, along with the coordinating Word Bubbles Framelits.  See all carryover items from the Occasions Catalog... Download 2014 Occasions Catalog Carry Over List.

Petite Petals Corner Bookmark Card

This week was the beginning of a new Stamp Club and some of the girls requested a Corner Bookmark project.  It's been a while since I've done one, so I was excited and happy to create a new one!  I love this idea of using the Corner Bookmark as the decoration or focal point of a greeting card.  I made this one a "get well" card, but it would make a great card & gift to put with a book or gift card for any occasion.  Do you know a mom who likes to read?  This would also make a nice Mother's Day card : )

I have the written step-by-step instructions and supply list for this project available to download...click here to download.   I haven't had a chance to do many video tutorials lately, but if you'd like to see the original Corner Bookmark tutorial from 2010, I've included it below.  Just know that this was the very first video I ever did :-O  Also, we didn't have the Simply Scored Scoring Tool and Diagonal Plate back then.  Making the Corner Bookmark is much simpler with these tools!!  (If you're viewing this post in an email, Click Here to the watch the video.)

Elements of Style Fancy Favor

Elements of Style is a retiring stamp set that easily adds beautiful elegance to any project. This Fancy Favor Gift Bag was die-cut and stamped with Basic Gray ink.  I love coordinating the tissue paper and gift bag by stamping it with the same image.

Just Believe

Just Believe is one of my favorite retiring stamp sets.  I love the simple elegance of this note card.  I added color to the stamp by inking it first with the Old Olive ink pad, then removing the ink from just the flowers and berries with a Blender Pen, and adding Raspberry Ripple ink with a marker before stamping.  I cut it out and popped it up with Dimensionals.
